Full Job Description:

We are looking to grow our team with an individual who shares our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best customer experience. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with a strong sales and customer service background. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, and processing orders. There will be a sales dynamic to this role. Exceptional skills when it comes to communication, strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills are required. Must be computer proficiency, focused, dependable, disciplined and able to work independently. There may be times where cold calling is needed to spread the word about new product lines or resources. Typically, every conversation is initiated from inbound communication methods. Hatching Time will supply a laptop and any other equipment necessary.



  • Handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Become a product expert to help new backyard farmers & loyal customers
  • Provide detailed information about our vast line of products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and/or concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Manage customer accounts across USA, Canada and Mexico



  • Experience raising chickens, game birds or other poultry - huge plus!
  • Must be computer literate
  • Ability to build rapport with every client
  • Ability to prioritize daily tasks and execute
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Background check and training program


Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk
