This is your chance to show off your flock, answer a quick survey or upload a photo or video of your Hatching Time product. This is your chance to win some exciting prizes. Whether you're a long-time poultry enthusiast or just starting out, we want to hear from you. Submit up to 10 entries.

How to Enter

Participants may submit any of the following to earn entries into the random drawing:

How to Submit Your Entries

  1. Upload your photos, videos, or survey responses on our sweepstakes page.
  2. Each submission earns you one or multiple entries as outlined.
  3. Winners will be randomly selected and notified via email.

Contest Overview and Entry Limits

  • Participants must submit at least one (1) entry to be eligible.
  • Video entries can be submitted up to 5 times.
  • Duplicate submissions or fraudulent entries (e.g., AI-generated content) will be disqualified. Submissions will be checked using AI detection tools.
  • Each valid submission earns entries into the random drawing.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected using random draw software.
  • Winners will be announced on January 29, 2025.

Winners will be notified via email and publicly announced on the Hatching Time website and social media channels.

Prize Delivery

  • Gift cards will be delivered via email.
  • The Grand Prize (CT60SH) will be shipped via FedEx. Winners will not be responsible for shipping costs.
  • Winners of prizes valued over $600 will be required to provide a W-9 form.

Hatching Time will not report prizes to the IRS.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum Age: Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • Geographic Eligibility: Open to all U.S. residents. No state exclusions apply.
  • International Participants: Residents of other countries are not eligible.
  • Employee Restrictions: Employees of Hatching Time, its affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

Response Timeframe:

  • Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
  • If a winner fails to respond within 10 days, an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

Use of Submitted Content

  • By submitting photos, videos, or survey responses, participants grant Hatching Time a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content for:
  • Marketing purposes (e.g., social media, website, promotional material).
  • Display on the Hatching Time website or platforms.
  • Submission of content indicates explicit consent to these terms.

Privacy and Data Collection

  • Personal information collected during the sweepstakes (e.g., name, email, photo) will not be shared or sold to third parties.
  • Submissions require participants to opt-in for Hatching Time marketing emails and newsletters.

No Purchase Necessary Clause

  • Participation in this sweepstakes is free. No purchase is required to enter or win.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the sweepstakes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
  • Governing Law: The sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Delaware.
