Orders to Canada typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive when shipping from the United States. For inventory available in Calgary, orders typically take 3-7 business days.

NOTE: T Series incubators have a 2 month lead time.

If the product is damage upon delivery, is defective or is missing parts, Hatching Time will be happy to work with you.

Returns must be made within 30 days of date of receipt of product.

We do not accept used equipment.
