We typically ship same day if the order is placed by 1:30 PM, EST. Otherwise, your order will ship the next business day if the product is in stock.
Ground shipping orders typically arrives within 2-5 business days. For orders outside of ground shipping click here
NOTE: T Series incubators have a 2 month leadtime.

If the product is defective or missing parts, Hatching Time will be happy to work with you to replace defective or missing pieces.
Returns must be made within 30 days of date of receipt of product. We do not accept used equipment. For more information, click here.
