Returns

If you experience an issue with your product upon delivery, please let us know immediately by phone: (800) 511-1369 or email: support@hatchingtime.com.

For missing or damaged parts, we are able to send replacement parts, typically within the same business day - free of charge.

Unused products may be returned within 30 days. In an effort to stop the spread of potential diseases, we do not resell returned products that appear to be used.
