The 240 Eggs Incubator Kit is designed for an efficient two-stage hatching process, allowing you to continuously hatch eggs with minimal effort.

1. Setting Stage (CT120SH – Setter & Hatcher Combo)

   • Eggs are placed in the automatic egg turner trays, where they are gently rotated at timed intervals to mimic natural incubation.
   • 4 precision sensors continuously monitor temperature and humidity to maintain stable conditions.
   • This process continues for most of the incubation period, ensuring even development.

2. Lockdown & Hatching Stage (CT120H – Dedicated Hatcher Only)

   • Just before hatching (typically the last 2-3 days), eggs are transferred from the setter to the hatcher.
   • The vibration-free trays allow chicks to hatch undisturbed while the humidity and temperature remain precisely controlled.

3. Continuous Cycle for Maximum Efficiency

   • Once the first batch is transferred to the CT120H Hatcher, a new batch can immediately be placed in the CT120SH Setter, allowing for a seamless workflow and increased hatching capacity.
