As a general policy, Hatching Time, LLC does not accept ideas submitted by persons outside the company, unless we have secured in advance the right to use such materials. For this reason, if you choose to attach any business plans or other materials to your application, you agree that Hatching Time, LLC is not subject to any restrictions in using such materials, and you grant to Hatching Time, LLC a non-exclusive license to use them without compensation to you. 

Hatching Time, LLC makes all decisions about distribution of its products strictly from Hatching Time, LLC's own, independent point of view. Completion of the following documents does not guarantee your store will be opened as an authorized Hatching Time, LLC retailer. If Hatching Time, LLC does open your store as a Hatching Time, LLC retailer, that does not authorize the sale of Hatching Time, LLC product on the internet.
