We take orders and source to your nearest distributor and they do not have inventory on hand, we will move further out to meet your needs. If all distributors are completely sold out, we will reach out to your for a refund or exchange.

Can I return eggs?

Unfortunately, no. Due to biosecurity policy, we will not accept any returns after they have been purchased and shipped. If there are issues, we will certainly work with you to rectify the situation.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We offer value packs of 20, 32 and 44. Each option comes with a few extra eggs to prevent any potential damages during shipping or fertility.

Can I pre-order?

If we sell out completely, we will turn on pre-orders. We suggest doing this if you see our stock going out of stock.
