Crates galore!

In a bind and short on time, and needed transport crates for our birds. The crates arrived so quickly! They are durable and lightweight. We normally purchase from another site, and while not as sturdy and more generic, they function well. The primary downside comes from the sliding door on the side. It doesn't latch as securely as we would prefer, so not ideal for chick transport. They also arrived very dirty, but with a good scrub they were clean. Overall they are good crates and I'm glad that they arrived promptly!

Good holding coop

I use mine to temporarily hold quail while I'm cleaning cages or rearranging. It keeps the quail from jumping up and hurting themselves as they don't like to leave their cages but sometimes you gotta power spray the cages clean. Quality is great and I don't have to worry about them escaping.

Box is fine, works, well made, except the top door spring is not strong, it doesn't always stay closed.

How big are the squares on the crate?

In my school we are hatching 1000 quail eggs. Would this cage work to get a few to the farm were they are going to stay? Looking for transportation ideas
