Yes. Hatching Time runs its in-house affiliate program via UpPromote app, where partners can apply, access affiliate links, and earn commission on qualifying orders. Once accepted, you have the ability to review and agree to our terms and conditions.

No. You can join our programs without having a website but an active social media profiles will be enough.

No. We value the content quality, audience fit and enthusiasm, no matter the number of followers you have. A large following is helpful but not required. If you share useful poultry or homesteading content and are willing to promote our products, you are welcome to apply.
How do I earn?
How do I earn?
Once you approve, start to promote Hatching Time shop to get commission from the sales in 2 convenient way:
Affiliate link(s); If one of your viewers/visitors clicks the affiliate link, a cookie will be set. This cookie is valid for 30 days and attributes the customer to your account. And the coupons apply automatically in our new system.
Coupon code(s); no matter the source of the clicked link, the commission will be granted if the user redeems your coupon at the checkout process.
As long as customers use either the your affiliate link or the affiliate coupon to place orders in our shop, you will get the commission on those referral orders. And your commission never expires.
Even though the coupon codes have limitations, you can get commission via your affiliate link for all type of users without any purchase or any other limitations.
All products qualify for commission. Full details are listed in the program terms and may change from time to time.

Commission income is paid to PayPal account approximately 60 days after the end of the month in which it was earned.
Commission shall be calculated only once the order is completed - which is once we have received payment in full from the customer and the goods have been shipped to the customer.

- Apply and get approved for our basic Affiliate Program.
- Apply to become a Brand Ambassador once you are ready to invest more time and effort. Or we'll also send an invitation to selected affiliates.
- You can review all participation details in the Agreement email sent to you after your application is selected for approval.
- Once approved, start sharing your content and take part in campaigns.
Full details about participation in the Ambassador program may be reviewed in the Agreement email you’ll receive after you apply and if your application is nominated for approval.

Seasonal Campaigns are limited time promotions around key dates and events where you can earn bonus dollars for select products as well as meeting sales goals. Question and Answer Campaigns pay you per approved question you answer with helpful content such as short videos, posts or live sessions that address common customer questions.

For selected launches we give partners early access to new products. Affiliates may receive early information and simple ways to promote new items. Brand Ambassadors are prioritized for hands-on testing, free units to review and more involved launch collaborations.

Brand Ambassadors are not expected to treat Hatching Time as their primary poultry equipment partner. We believe you should use the equipment you find to be the best. Full expectations are outlined in the Brand Ambassador Agreement.

Brand Ambassador status is reviewed regularly based on activity, content quality and program fit. As long as requirements are met, the partnership is intended to be long term. Either side can pause or end the relationship if circumstances change.
Can I step back to Affiliate if life gets busy?
Can I step back to Affiliate if life gets busy?
Yes. If you need to reduce your commitments, you can step back from Brand Ambassador duties and remain an Affiliate. You keep your tracking link and coupon and can re apply for Ambassador status in the future.
