Shipping

When will my package arrive?

2 - 5 business days* Plus, we usually get your order there on the earlier side!

Orders can take up to 48 hours to process. You will receive several notifications about your order being received, prepared and shipped out. A tracking number will be sent, via email, once the package leaves the warehouse.

*2 - 5 Business day shipping estimate is based on shipping to Continental USA.

Can I pay for overnight shipping?

Of course! At the checkout page, choose the shipping option that best fits your needs.

Expedited shipping is not included in the "Free shipping over $100" promotion we run. You will be charged for the added charges.

Return Policy

Do you have missing or damaged parts?

Please know that Hatching Time sends out all orders in clean and undamaged boxes. Due to the weight of our boxes, damages during transit can occur...but there’s good news! If you do experience this, take pictures of the damaged box and broken parts. Please send the pictures and your order number to: support@hatchingtime.com

We will be more than happy to get your replacement parts out right away!

What is your return policy? 

If the product is defective or missing parts, we will be more than happy to work with you to replace individual parts, instead of you shipping the unit back. This works well for any damages that may occur during transit. Simply contact us for more details:

Returns

You have 30 days, from the date of your purchase, to return product. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and the product must be in original packaging and unused. All parts must be included in packaging. If product shows any signs of use, you will not be refunded the full amount of purchase price.

Do you offer discounts or coupons?

Yes, we do! You can sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the website to receive coupons, discounts, inventory updates, hot sales, new product releases, and more.

Do you offer manufacturer warranty?

Hatching Time offers a 1 year manufacturer warranty on all Cimuka products. Most other products have a 1 year warranty as well.

Can I create a Purchase Orders?

Yes, you can! Follow this link to fill out a purchase order form to request pricing. This is for universities, schools, government organizations, 4H clubs, large farms and anyone looking to place large orders.  

How easy is it to assemble?

Hatching Time's products are easy and fun to build! Since most products include a modular design, you simply snap pieces together and sometimes use a drill to secure everything. You can view our assembly videos here.
