I received the chicks a day early, but was missing 2, the post office and I haven't been getting along, so it may have been them. I called customer service & was immediately offered either a refund or they 2 sent out immediately...customer service is AMAZING, will definitely be doing business with them again!! The coop felt expensive at first, but once I cleaned it, understood it was worth it. The roof, rear access, and nesting box setup save a lot of time. I also like that it doesn’t have all the little wooden gaps where mites usually become a nightmare.

The original run worked fine, but the extension made the setup feel much better for the chickens. It connected securely and gave them more room without changing the whole coop arrangement. I should have added it from the start.

This fit our large raised coop well and feels sturdy once set up. I like the mesh skirt around the bottom because digging predators are always on my mind. The access doors are also practical, especially for feeding and checking on the birds.

This made the coop camera much less annoying to keep running. The cable gave me enough room to place the panel where it actually gets sun, and the bracket was easy to angle. Small add-on, but very useful.

We switched from a wooden duck house and the cleaning difference is huge. The back opens up well, the roof comes off easily, and I can hose it out without fighting corners and cracks. The handles also make it easier to move than I expected.

I started sprinkling a small handful in the nesting boxes and the coop smells noticeably fresher. The herbs look and smell nice without being overpowering, and my hens didn’t act suspicious of it, which is always the first test here.

This is a a fantastic piece to make quail keeping easier!

Once all put together and sorted out it really creates a massive difference in keeping quails making the whole process of cleaning, automatic watering, comfortable housing and easy feeding a breeze.

It’s extremely efficient and has helpful additions like removable inner walls for things like separating aggressive males or keeping apart different colour varieties, along with the drain pipe for the water system that makes cleaning simple for anyone. Can’t be more obvious pleased with the product.

Customer service was also amazing when we had problems in the construction, they helped us extremely quickly getting to us within an hour and even offered video call help while building our 4 layer.

I got this for a small coop and it’s been working well so far. The eggs roll out like they should, so they’re not getting stepped on or covered in bedding as much. It was easy enough to set up and the plastic tray is simple to wipe down.
