Subscription Policy
Your subscription will auto-renew at the selected frequency unless canceled.

You may skip a shipment, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account—no fees or penalties.

By subscribing, you agree to be charged automatically for each renewal period using the payment method on file. Any changes to your subscription (including updates to payment, shipping address, or product selection) must be made before the next renewal date.

If a renewal charge fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused until updated payment information is provided.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect a full deposit at checkout then fulfill the order when it arrives in stock. You can cancel the order any time before we ship.
