Ok but back mounting could be better

Ok my chicks haven’t used it yet but is nice only thing is where it mounts to a wall could be stronger most people use shed for coups and only have studs to mount to so back is easy to pop out of place out if a chicken jumps on the edge of the front

Do these help prevent chickens from eating their eggs?

The nesting box floor is sloped so the eggs roll to the egg collection area which can help but if the chicken is determined to eat the egg it will not stop them.
