Easy to assemble and install

These were simple to assemble and install. I found if you put a little soapy water on the egg covers they snap in place much easier. I bought the 5 pack and one was broke when it arrived. I hope the chickens take to them soon.

Thank you for the review and assembly tip. We will replace items damaged during shipment, if the product is not used. Please contact us at support@hatchingtime.com if you would like further assistance - The Hatching Time Team

Excellent and Easy

I bought 5 of these nests boxes and with my 10 year old grandson, we built them in no time. Everything fit and I'm impressed with the simple and easy construction and installation in our new hen house. They look and work wonderfully.

Thank you for your review - what a great project with your grandson - The Hatching Time Team

Excellent value

Easy to assemble, large enough for the birds, keeps the eggs safe, no roosting on the top, what's not to like? The hens took to it right away. Happy hens, happy customer.

Excellent option for the price

I got these boxes for my stubborn and annoying hens that enjoy breaking eggs! I have tried other roll away boxes and these have been the best received thus far. They are lightweight, easy to assemble, even easier to clean, and very versatile because you can hang them literally anywhere. So far the girls have taken to them faster than previous roll away boxes and are using them daily!

Thank you for the review, Jennifer. Our roll out nesting boxes are versatile and easy to clean - The Hatching Time Team

Roll out nest boxes

These were easy to put together, despite no instructions. I found the screws supplied a bit too short. Easy to install. all in all I really like them - wish the chickens did!

Thank you for the review, Sue. If you haven't done so already, try adding some straw to help the chickens get used to it. It could just take them some time - The Hatching Time Team

5 Pack

Great product at a great price!

I bought the 5 pack for my flock of 8 and will likely use 3 or 4 and give the others to friends to try so they can see for themselves how awesome these are! Easy to install, more sanitary, and your eggs are clean and unbroken. Roomy enough for my Wyandottes, and teaches them good habits too.

Thank you for the review, Donna. Glad your Wyandottes are learning good habits in our great product. The Hatching Time Team

Nice well made Nest Box

Nice Nest Boxes once the get used to using them. Added some straw at first to get them laying in them!

Thanks for the review, Matthew. The Hatching Time Team

Nice box

The box is made well and sturdy, and is easy to put together. With the lips on the outside it's very easy to **** it, and makes it removing it for cleaning effortless. However my chickens didn't like it, and they're are now laying on the ground. Will wait another week to see what happens.

Hello Fabricio, thank you for the review. We are glad you are enjoying the nesting box design. Please let us know if your chickens adapt to the new box. - The Hatching Time Team

So fast

The shipping was so fast, I think 4 days from date of order they were on my steps. Well packaged, order was accurate and they even sent hardware to hang the nesting boxes. We got 5. We will have to drill some ventilation holes into them since there are none at all but we could see that before ordering. Not sure if they work but don't see why they wouldn't. The tray is tilted and protected by a flap. We'll also have to figure out how to close them off at night since there's no bar but again we saw that. Overall a really good value + free shipping. The company impressed my husband and that's not an easy thing. Thank you!

Thank you, Amanda! If you have any questions in the future, please let us know.
Also, we are launching new stackable nesting boxes in the coming weeks...so make sure to check them out!

Nesting Box

Great addition to our coop!! Large enough and easy to clean. I did add a nesting pad to the bottom. But my hens love this box and they are laying many eggs??

Thank you for the review, Allison!

Works well

I got 3 for my chickens and they love it. Can you please add nesting eggs to your website.

Hi! I’m thinking about buying the Roll Out Nesting Box -3 pack to mount on the outside of my coop. If I use a nesting pad will it allow the eggs to still roll down into the tray? Or will the pad slip down into the tray? Thanks! My chickens are eating their eggs and the magpies carry them off in their beaks!

Hatching Time

The nesting pads would hold the eggs. The eggs would not roll down.

Are they built at an angle so the eggs roll downhill?

Hatching Time

Yes, the bottom slopes toward the front egg collection area.
