Enjoy quiet, efficient plucking with this rust-proof, maintenance-free turkey plucker machine. It features 125 CMK4 turkey plucking fingers made from 100% natural rubber, strategically spiraled inside a 21-inch food-grade plastic drum. This configuration allows feathers to be removed smoothly and evenly from wing to tail, without damaging the skin.

The food-grade plastic drum and durable rubber plucking fingers create a clean, hygienic plucking environment. Their rust-proof construction helps reduce contamination risks while protecting your birds during processing.

Maintenance is kept to a minimum thanks to the simple yet powerful patented motor design. By eliminating friction, the unit requires no lubrication and avoids common wear parts such as belts and gears. This reduces breakage, lowers long-term maintenance costs, and uses up to 50% less electricity compared to many traditional pluckers.

For added convenience, Cimuka’s design includes a built-in feather chute that allows feathers to exit the drum easily during operation. A quick rinse with a hose keeps feathers flowing through the chute, helping maintain a cleaner and more efficient workspace. Place a bucket underneath or position the unit over a drain for simple cleanup.

Do the feather pluckers come pre-assembled?

No, they do not. Some assembly is required but a manual is included!

Can I use my plucker for other types of poultry?

We recommend that you purchase the feather plucker for the type of bird you will be plucking the most. While you may be able to interchange which birds you will be plucking, you will not get the same results unless you purchased the plucker for that specific type of bird. You will also have to keep in mind the size of the bird as well.

Can a water hose be attached?

With our Regular-sized Pluckers, you will need a separate water hose to rinse out the drum as you pluck. However, with our X-Large Pluckers, there is a hose built in to the top portion of the drum. You can then attach your watering system to the plucker for hands-off plucking!

Reliable and easy to maintain

This made a noticeable difference in productivity. Maintenance is minimal and performance is consistent.

It is AMAZING!

I raise a heritage breed of turkey, Beltsville Small White Turkeys. Live weight is about 22 lbs. I plucked a couple dozen by hand before purchasing this plucker. It is AMAZING! It plucked the birds cleanly, even the small downy feathers under the wings. The skin was left smooth, and no tears or bruises at all.
A hint on installing those rubber fingers: use liquid dishwashing soap. I used an artist's paint brush to apply a small amount to just where the finger gets hard to pull through the hole.

Great for medium to small size Turkeys

The Plucker is great on chickens and medium to small size turkey. The overview and specification need to be written to specify Turkey size. we were only able to fit one heritage turkey in at a time. We tried to pluck a broad breasted turkey and the unit would stop until we pulled the turkey out. I would defiantly say not built for broad breasted turkey. We had three to do yesterday and after the first one we had to pluck by hand. The assembly is hard but if you use a little of cooking oil to lube helps push the fingers in. Again, great for chickens and one small to medium size turkey.

The turkey pucker, 17.5 pound capacity… will it work on Cornish cross?

It will work, but will have better results for turkeys. The plucker fingers placement on the drum, shape and size are designed for specific species. The weight capacity is for the gross weight of all birds combined. For best results the birds must have room to freely tumble inside the plucker drum which has the plucker fingers sticking out inside it. So even if the birds weigh less they still need space. The drum opening is 21" for both the turkey and large chicken pluckers. Chicken pluckers will give the best results for chickens.

If I buy this unit for plucking turkeys, will those finger work for chicken also? Can I buy a separate drum with the chicken fingers and just change out the drum for when I want to do turkeys or chicken or is this not recommended?

Turkey fingers will pluck chicken as well. But we recommend you testing it first. If you arent happy with the results of Turkey fingers plucking chicken, then you can buy a new drum with the Chicken plucking fingers. Drums are interchangeable.
