Is this chicken processing cone sized correctly for standard backyard chickens?

The cone included with model YL-SA-CP1 is sized for chickens. Hatching Time sells separate processing units with cones sized for turkey, goose, quail, and partridge/pheasant. If you process multiple bird types, check that you are selecting the correct cone size for your species before purchasing.

How do I clean the chicken kill cone and stand after processing?

The cone and stand are fully washable. For routine cleaning, mild soap and water is safe for both the ABS plastic cone and the anodized aluminum legs. Avoid solvents such as acetone and abrasive cleaners on the plastic cone, as they can damage or discolor it. For the aluminum legs, avoid strongly acidic, alkaline, or abrasive products, as these can damage the anodized finish. The blood drip tray is removable for easier cleanup.
