Returns may be made within 30 days of date of receipt of product. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Product must be in original packaging and unused. All parts must be included in packaging. If product shows any signs of use, you will not be refunded the full amount of purchase price. Before returning, you must contact customer service to gain an approval for return. Contact customer service by phone: (800) 511-1369 or email: support@hatchingtime.com

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you do not receive the refund, please follow the steps before contacting us.
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company (It may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
3. Contact your bank. (There is often some processing time before a refund is posted).

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and that individual will find out about the return.
Excluded Products
Due to health regulations, we do not accept used product returns. Hatching Time only sells clean, unused merchandise. Please make sure to check the products for any damages before use. For questions concerning these products, contact us: (800) 511-1369.
Shipping
To return your product, you MUST have prior approval. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Hatching Time does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
