perfect for our coop

We switched from straw after years of dealing with dusty nest boxes and constantly cracked eggs. The change was immediate. The pads stay in place, absorb moisture well, and the eggs are noticeably cleaner when I collect them each morning. It has honestly simplified our daily routine more than I expected.

That’s wonderful to hear. Simplifying daily care while protecting eggs is exactly what we hoped these pads would do.

Comfy and clean!

These nesting pads are super soft and make a real difference. Eggs come out cleaner with almost no mess.

We’re so glad your hens are comfortable and your eggs are cleaner. That’s exactly what these pads are designed for.

Great value and quality

The pads feel durable and thick. They hold up well even with heavy hens stepping in and out throughout the day. I’ve used other brands that flattened quickly, but these maintain their shape and cushioning. Cleanup is straightforward and I replace them far less often than straw.

We appreciate you noticing the durability and cushioning. That structure is designed to protect eggs and make maintenance easier.

Biodegradable win

I really appreciate that these are made from natural aspen and not synthetic materials. After use, I compost them with the rest of my coop bedding. It feels good knowing I’m not adding plastic waste to the mix.

Sustainability matters to us too. We’re glad you value the natural and compostable materials.

nice and soft

My hens settled into the nest boxes more once I added these.

Comfort can definitely influence laying behavior. Thanks for pointing that out.

Hens seem happier

I noticed my girls choosing the boxes more consistently after installing these pads. They seem to scratch around less and settle faster. Egg collection has become predictable and cleaner, which is a huge bonus.

Consistent nesting behavior is always a positive sign. We’re glad the pads are supporting that.

simple & effective

Easy to lay down and easy to replace. Made my routine quicker.

That simplicity is exactly the goal. We’re glad it’s helping streamline your routine.

So much cleaner!

Before using these, I was scrubbing nest boxes weekly. Since switching, the moisture is absorbed much better and the bottoms of the boxes stay dry. Eggs are cleaner and there’s less odor buildup overall.

Cleaner nesting areas make a big difference for both hens and keepers. Thanks for sharing those details.

Needed this for a while

I finally upgraded from newspaper lining and the difference is huge. No more soggy corners or shifting paper. The pads stay in place and provide real cushioning for the eggs.

Upgrading nest box lining can truly change daily maintenance. We’re glad you made the switch.

Easy to trim!

I trimmed them slightly to fit my oddly shaped nest boxes and they fit snugly without bunching up. Even after trimming, they stayed sturdy and didn’t fall apart.

Custom fitting is a helpful tip for others. Thanks for mentioning that detail.

good for ducks too

We use them for our ducks and the eggs stay much cleaner than before.

That’s great to hear. These pads work well across different poultry setups.

simple change, big difference

The coop feels fresher and drier overall. It was a small upgrade but had a noticeable impact.

Sometimes the simplest improvements have the biggest effect. Thanks for sharing.

Best nest pads yet

I’ve tried several brands over the years and these are noticeably thicker and more absorbent. They don’t compress immediately, and they protect the eggs well even with larger hens.

We’re happy you noticed the quality difference. That added thickness is intentional.

Recommend for newbies

As a first-time chicken keeper, I wanted something easy and low maintenance. These made setting up nesting boxes straightforward and clean. It took the guesswork out of what bedding to use.

We love hearing that new keepers find them easy to use. Welcome to the flock!

Soft but sturdy

Cushioned for eggs but doesn’t fall apart during cleaning.

That balance of comfort and durability is exactly what we aim for.

Small but mighty

Even the smaller pack made a noticeable improvement.

We’re glad even the smaller quantity delivered strong results for you.

Biodegradable & comfy

Works exactly as described. Good cushioning and easy to compost afterward.

We’re happy you appreciate both the performance and eco-friendly aspect.

Definitely switching permanently

After years of using straw, I didn’t think I’d change. But the difference in cleanliness, egg quality, and overall coop freshness convinced me. These pads are staying in our nesting boxes from now on.

That’s high praise. We’re honored to be part of your long-term coop routine.

Comfortable for hens

They choose these nesting spots more often now and spend less time scratching around.

When hens choose the box consistently, you know it’s comfortable. Appreciate the review.

great for larger flocks

I manage multiple nest boxes and bought the larger pack. It’s been perfect for keeping everything consistent and clean. I rotate them out during deep cleans and they’ve held up better than loose bedding.

Larger flocks definitely benefit from a more structured solution. Thanks for sharing your experience.
