When I received my 3 pc nesting box I was overwhelmed with assembly, and frustrated. I contacted support and Doreen absolutely hand my problem. Because of the support and good product I have bought several other brooding and grow out cages. Keep up the good work.

Nesting box did not work for me. I stated before some pieces are bent and won’t stay together. I use all type of glue, but won’t stay. It falls apart every time. Could I send them back? Thank you.

The company is great and the products seem well made, but I was sent the wrong parts twice. They were very quick to fix the problem when I contacted them the first time (thank you), but unfortunately I was sent the wrong parts again. I purchased a front collection, but was sent the rear collection parts each time (I did assemble it the second time to make sure I was not wrong). If this wouldn’t have happened, they absolutely would have received 5 stars. I did not contact them a second time to fix it because they are going to lose money, and I don’t want to do that to them. I will make do with what was sent to me.
