I received my CT180 SH incubator and it had a crack in the monitor. Most likely from shipping and handling. I reached out to customer service and they compensated me a $25 gift card to their website. It seems to be working just fine. Customer service was a bit slow. I’m guessing they do not work on weekends since I reached out Friday got one response and then another on Monday. This is my 2nd cabinet incubator from them and have never had any issues with hatching or equipment failure on the incubators.

Before I ordered I called to make sure this CT-180 was the right incubator for us. The lady I talked to was super friendly and knowledgeable. I placed my order on the w phone with her, and it arrived 2-3 days later! Everything was in perfect condition, assembly was very easy, and it got up to temp quickly. We did need to go to the grocery store to get distilled water for the humidifier. Since we set eggs it has been holding temp and humidity perfect. Will move eggs on day 18 to a hatching box, and reload with another 180 eggs to get them cooking. This will really increase our efficiency during hatching season. Looking forward to adding another one of these next year. Thanks Hatching Time!!
