Active Periodic Cooling (First in the market)
Most birds leave the nest, at least once, during incubation. During this time, the eggs cool down and release moisture. Active Periodic Cooling (APC) changes the temperature and humidity within the incubator to reenact the cooling and dehumidifying process that eggs would receive naturally from the mother bird leaving the nest. This unique addition to our incubators increases hatch rates. This is extremely important if you hatch goose eggs!

Check for damage on arrival! 15 day cutoff to catch their mistakes

Bought a CT60 and CT180 in February to use in March. No shipping damage, so I set it aside, waiting to use until the weather warmed up enough. When I tried to assemble for eggs, I realized that the baskets had been forced in sideways at the factory, snapping one of the turning trays. Customer service was nice but said you only have 15 days to report damage, so even though it wasn't shipping damage I was out of luck. I did get an email offering me $10 for a review, so I guess I’ll use that to offset the cost of a new one. Wish I could try the product first, but this $4 part prevented that from happening; YOKE’s on me this time! :)
