Active Periodic Cooling (First in the market)
Most birds leave the nest, at least once, during incubation. During this time, the eggs cool down and release moisture. Active Periodic Cooling (APC) changes the temperature and humidity within the incubator to reenact the cooling and dehumidifying process that eggs would receive naturally from the mother bird leaving the nest. This unique addition to our incubators increases hatch rates. This is extremely important if you hatch goose eggs!

Reduce stress on your eggs with vibration-free egg turners. These calibrated turners ensure high hatch rates and use minimal energy - saving you money!

Ventilation: AirRoute TM
Our AirRoute TM ventilation system is IP55 certified and uses minimal energy. The system protects you from voltage changes and offers a first in class protection from dust and humidity. You can rest assure that your system will maintain the same temperature and humidity throughout the whole cabinet.

Humidity: Humisonic TM

How does the incubator turn my eggs?

With our HB models, the setter trays are placed in an anodized aluminum frame. The frame will turn 45 degrees in each direction, slowly, over the course of one hour. Even with the tilt of the frame, your eggs are safe to set and will not fall out of the tray.

Fantastic incubator

Awesome Incubator

I have three of these for my hatchery. We plan on getting at least another very soon. Very easy to set up and operate. I have had great hatch rates with these incubators. The price and size are great for anyone that wants to scale their farm or hatchery. I’m located in a region where we experience power outages too frequently, and I’m able to run 3 of these and 1 of the setter/Hatcher combo off a small generator no problem. We soon will be moving to solar so the energy efficiency is very much valued for what we are doing. Can’t recommend enough.

Best hatch rates ever

Recently purchased the HB 700 setter and I have to say we have been getting the best hatch rates we have ever had. Shipping was fast and set up was very simple, we had it going in no time. Everything is pretty much automatic just need to fill the water reservoir periodically. Cleaning is a breeze love the rear door. Next on the list for us is the HB 700 hatcher.

I love my incubator! The 2 doors make for easy cleaning. Very easy to use and im thinking about ordering another one.

So far so good. 700 chicken egg capacity. Easy to get going. Trays can be used for any breed of poultry. Dividers split the trays up to fit different breeds.

Great Incubator

Awesome incubator, easy to clean, holds a ton of eggs. The only thing I would want to change would be that you cant control each level individually to stop some and let others turn. Other than that I love the product.

First HB 700

I run a small gamebird farm and am in the process of expanding. I needed an incubator with a higher capacity that what I was currently using.
I ordered an HB 700 last year and have run 3 hatches so far with excellent results. 83 - 90 % hatch rates with eggs mailed to me. Both Chukar and Bobwhite Quail.
The control unit is very easy to use. The unit keeps the temp and humidity constant.
I really like the setting/hatching trays. It's nice not to have to buy different trays for every type of egg we hatch. Setting in the same tray is also a plus. The only issue I had was that some covers would warp slightly and come off of the base, sending chicks to the bottom of the cabinet. We solved this buy taping the covers on and have had no issues since. Adding a liner under the trays during hatching would also be a nice option and keep things cleaner but I'm not sure if it would affect airflow.
The ease of cleaning is probably the best upgrade from my other incubators. Trays and covers get soaked then go into the dish washer. Cabinet access from the front and back make cleaning it much easier.
I will be ordering more HB 700's in the near future.

How many days after business days in maximum you can normally take the chicks out of the incubator? #2 what vaccine’s may we use for the chicks after taking them off the incubator ? And the food that is really good for them and when should I start it? Thanks
