I received the chicks a day early, EXCELLENT customer service!

I received the chicks a day early, but was missing 2, the post office and I haven't been getting along, so it may have been them. I called customer service & was immediately offered either a refund or they 2 sent out immediately...customer service is AMAZING, will definitely be doing business with them again!!
