Gets the job done

The good:
Ecoflex material looks good and wipes off well, coop is visually appealing
The internal size should be good for my six hens
Got the coop and stand on sale
Assembly instructions are simple and intuitive
Customer service will replace broken parts relatively quick

The bad:
Some of the pre-drilled holes not aligning fully
Not enough of the different types of plastic screws provided. I ran out of the small ones at the very end when I still needed one more and had to take from somewhere else
Nesting box lids not well aligned and don't go all the way down - one locks (with difficulty), the other doesn't
No way included to tighten the perches down so they don't keep falling down
Again, parts not fully aligning - rear doors show some unsightly gaps and the pull out trays are too tight up against each other to be conveniently pulled out

Overall, I am not super impressed by this coop for the price it's listed at, but if you don't want to use wood for cleaning and maintenance reasons, it's a suitable option (assuming all your parts are cut properly and line up well). We will see how it fares in Minnesota winter.

Not very sturdy

The house is not very sturdy. The roosting bars would not stay up. One of the drill holes were not all the way wide enough.
There was a broken piece they replaced it, but it was still the wrong side. I would not recommend this. As far as hatching time, they are a great company to work with. It was just a product that was not so great.

Looks good beside the garden

The elevated design has a clean appearance and leaves a useful sheltered area underneath. It blends into the yard better than the patched wooden coop it replaced.
