I am brand new to quail but not new to 'micro farming'. So I am very familiar with set ups that end up being a maintenance nightmare: impossible to clean wood cages, rusting wire, managing ****, etc. This cage went together fairly easily once I got the courage to use a rubber mallet to 'snap' the pieces together. I didn't have the hand-strength. Today I got 6 Coturnix quail from a friend. So far so good. The waterers are working. The feed tray is full. Now to wait for eggs! I will probably add a brooding level and an incubator early next year.

I ordered this thursday and it was on my doorstep saturday by noon...i didnt expect it for another week.. I read a few reviews before purchase, some said it was hard to put together and directions were impossible to interpret.....NOT FOR ME, without looking at video Iassembled 1 section in less than 30 minutes all you need is a screwdriver and I recommend a rubber mallet not a hammer... this thing seems great.. my quail eggs arrive soon...I look forward doing business with this company.
