Plastic is too slick in the bottom

After 4 quail had hatched I could see that they were spraddle legged and I had to remove the rest of the eggs during lock down and put some paper towel under them so they could have something that wasn't too slick to stand on. I like the hatching tray concept and will continue to use them but will have to add paper towels every time.
