The chick drinker has a water capacity of 25 oz. Great for chicks in the beginning days of sugary water, vitamins and antibiotics. The narrow drinking space prevents small chicks such as quail, partridge or pheasant from getting wet and/or drowning. All transparent cups make it easy for chicks to find the water. Locking cup mechanism prevents tipping. The water chamber is circular to allow drinking from all directions. Typically used in ourĀ chick brooders.

only complaint is it does not fit together as tightly as I would like and get some leakage, which wets the bedding. I also have a nipple type waterer which they were using first, but they all like the new one better. I like that it vertical and takes up small floor space. I am using in small coop with mama hen and 7 10 week olds.
Linda, thank you for the review. Glad your chicks love it. The Hatching Time Team
Bought these for just in case I need more water worked great except the tabs could be a smidge bigger to hold it together
Thank you for the suggestion! - The Hatching Time Team
I bought a few of these for my grow out pens and also wire cages. They are easy to clean and easy to fill. I wish these stood alone on a table for easier filling as we have quite a few drinkers to fill- but I prefer this design over my "**** in" bottles as there are no threads to catch dirt in which makes for a healthier cleaner drinker.
Jodi, we appreciate the review and agree! Have a great rest of your week. - The Hatching Time Team
