Small Brooder

I love the brooder itself. The manure tray is a pain. With birds in it, it's hard to lift up to clean the pan. Other than that I love it.

Exactly what we needed.

Wanted to use the Hatching time brooder for a longer period before transferring birds over, with the purchased front doors I can now allow my birds to grow a bit more before changing them into larger pens.

Quail Brooder + Extra Front Doors For Grow Out = Success!

I asked Hatching Time for help ordering new quail brooder and layer levels, with swapouts and additions to doors/hutch walls/etc. Extra BS_K0052 Front Doors are for swapping out the brooder doors so quail can grow out there eventually. Everything came well-packed, fast, as ordered, with a few screws and extra bits included to make building easy. First-time cage builders: Watch the How To videos. Get a cordless drill (screwdriver), a rubber mallet, and a friend to help (nice, but not required). Consider saving water equipment and hoses for last, especially if you're mixing and matching parts. It's easier to measure correctly when you're at that last step.
