Easy to open with the new design

We had to replace a latch and we really like the new shape these have. I think they make it easier to grab, especially if your hands are damp. I'm thinking of replacing a few more just because of the new shape. I did have a bit of a hard time getting it to snap into place but its very secure.

Door latches

Over time they become loose. And chickens will figure it out. Came home to 13 2 week olds running around loose. Thankfully the replacements came quickly! I'd order a few extra when you order the brooder.

Quick fix for naughty quail!

Over time, one of our latches became loose. Naughty quail learned this and became escape artists at night. Ordered this replacement, it shipped fast - now no more escapees!

I lost one green door lock during the hurricane, but luckily Hatching Time has parts available for their cages. I received it and had it installed on my cage door in minutes.

They are great just put glue so they won’t come off and they lock the cages doors nice and tight.

The quail are doing fantastic. I originally purchased the 5 tier system as well as the incubator. All have performed well and as expected. In the semi commercial kit we did have some broken or missing parts but that was resolved via e mail real fast ,,,same day shipping fast. all in all 5 star

Good Product

Two of mine locks came broken probably got damaged during transport but great customer service they ship replacements the next day very easy to install and the work great Hatching times has probably one of the best customer service they really take care of their customers.

Arthritic hands

The door locks work, but my old hands - not so much. I bought a couple extras in case I break one since the way I have to
Open them is prob hard on the plastic. The system is great, though. This is NOT a defect with the HT cage system.
