Totally in love with this product.

The temperature stability is impressive and consistent.

Not user friendly!

First- we LOVE the incubator (when it worked). This component comes with no instructions. There are no videos or links provided. The module is hard plastic that does not appear to click in or out of place and is very fragile based on the failed component stuck in the case. Support was not very helpful either with troubleshooting or guidance. FYI- extended warranty is worthless. Asurion refused support and refunded the cost.
