Disappointing product and customer service

I ordered a water warmer on 11/29/25. The shipment was received on 12/10, but broke in less than 24 hrs. I contacted customer service on 12/15 (tried the heater several times before giving up) and was told I need to provide proof of malfunction (hard to do with a water heater), a photo of the shipping box, manufacturer packaging and all package contents. I supplied what info I could (I generally don't save this stuff) and didn't hear back for several days. I opened a credit card dispute on 12/17 and on 12/19 received an email stating I'd receive a refund if I closed my dispute. I closed my dispute on 12/19 and provided their rep with proof provided by my credit card company. To date, no refund has been received. The rep (Julia Thomas) continues to insist that the dispute still is active according to their credit card processor. 3 wks later and I am still not made whole. I wanted to support a small business, but unfortunately, all I received was a cheap Chinese product and customer service full of excuses.
