Finally, a lid they can't perch on

Chickens will find a way to sit on just about anything, so the sloped, lockable lid is a pretty clever detail. I also like the nipple drinkers with little drip cups underneath. Much better design than leaving an open water bucket in the yard.

Eight gallons is a relief

Anyone who's tired of hauling water out to the chickens every day can appreciate an eight-gallon tank. The six drinking ports are a good touch too, especially when several birds decide they're thirsty at the same time.

Great experience from start to finish.

I love that this waterer is easy to refill and doesn’t leak — a real time-saver.

Not real happy with product and customer service

I ordered both the feeder and water silo bundle. The delivery took a very long time but that is ok. The problem I have is the water silo has a pinhole leak halfway down the unit. We have requested help multiple times with either a repair or replacement. Response has been slow as molasses in the middle of winter. We have not had a resolution as of yet. Seems like a pretty easy fix, replacement. We sent videos of the leak and that was over 3 weeks ago. Too expensive to throw away and buy something better. Guess I'll just keep waiting.
Feed silo is terrific by the way. No feed loss!
