Chick Brooder - 4 Layer H: 9.5"

I really do love these brooders and they are perfect for my setup. This is the second quail tower brooder I have purchased. My first is a 5 tier and the new one is 4 tiers. I have found solutions for the little things I don't like. I just wish the floors would allow for more **** to fall through instead of caking up on the bottom as the chicks get older. It needs to be the same as the adult hutches. The other is the water cups. The chicks like to hop in and press the lever down and the cups will overflow. At least they are not getting stuck and flooding the **** tray anymore. I really like being able to power wash them when they are empty. I recommend.

I ordered a four tier quail brooder set up. As I was assembling yet, I realized that I had been sent three tiers of the proper equipment in the fourth tier. I was trying to figure out how to assemble for a chicken brooder. In order to get the proper equipment sent to me I had to take pictures of the box that it came in and all of the equipment that I got that was incorrect. Then the plan was to email me a FedEx shipping label and I have to send it back Before I can get the proper equipment sent. I live 60 miles from a FedEx shipping station so I have requested a FedEx pick up label. We’ll see how it goes. It seems to me like I should have just been shipped the proper equipment immediately and we could work on the return after the fact to make sure that I have room for the hatch that I have in the incubator currently. I believe this is not the best application of customer service. I will say that all of my other dealings with Customer Service representatives has been great. I also understand that the person that I am dealing with in customer service with this issue is simply following company procedures. It’s the procedures that I think need tweaking.

I have a this brooders no need to be babysitting the temperature when the brooders basically do everything for u super easy to clean also whit the power wash.

Its like somebody quickly 3D printed these pieces and threw them in the box hot. The pieces are all bent and i cant attach anything to anything. I want a flipping refund.

This is a very nice brooder it holds Temp well even on cooler evenings I am gonna order the 15 brooder for my chickens next I definitely recommend for anybody that wants to get away from heat lights

For a plastic set-up it's pretty nice. Issues I found is mainly the watering and cleaning. The top waterer constantly leaks. Sometimes I don't use all of the brooders but they don't have individual shutoffs to the ones not in use. Quick connects would allow me to disconnect to clean instead of draining and taking apart whole water line seems like a pain. Plus the unit is very low to the ground for the bottom brooder. Almost have to lay down to check on the chicks, water and feed.

Extremely poor quality product. Arrived with missing pieces and broken doors. Requested item return the same day as soon as it was assembled and the quality and missing parts noted. Once fed ex picked it up and returned it it sat 19 days at their facility and now they’re claiming we used and damaged it. We have documentation time stamped of its delivery to us and our email to them to return it. Same day.
For $929.99. Look for another brand and company. This is garbage.

I really want to love this brooder, however it has the same issue as the other brooder we bought from here.. The water cups seem to always leak no matter how many times you think you fixed it. This was also the second brooder we received that was missing pieces and had broken pieces as well. Costumer service was excellent in replacing the broken and missing pieces. Overall, it would be a definite 5 stars if the water cup leaking situation would be fixed. And for the missing and broken pieces, customer service was amazing! They have amazing customer service.

I absolutely love this brooder. It's so automatic and makes everything easy. They're fairly easy to put together if you watch the videos. Plan on it taking an afternoon. Highly recommend
