Quail Starter Kit

The brooder is awesome haven’t have them long enough to review the grow out pens but the brooder performed amazing I do use an incbird thermostats on it so the light turns off and on but I like the digital temp so I can see temp at a glance

Nice unit for quail, the egg roll out trays are great. The automatic watering system is nice. I would like to see a shut off valve and a drain valve for the system to aid in the flushing and draining the system for cleaning. There was quite a bit of plastic flash from the molding, and the panels had quite a bit of curve in them from the molding process.

I really like the way the cages are made. They went together easy and took bout 30 minutes per cage. Make sure you read instructions an line up arrows. It is easy to get them turned around and they won't line up rite. I plan to purchase some more cages after my chick's start laying eggs. If you wanna raise jumbo quail ask em to change out floors for the jumbo. There **** is big and you need the bigger floors. The removable inner walls are nice if you have to separate the chicks. I have 6 cages now and only stack 4 high, so you can move em around easy. God Bless y'all for the work your doing.

Placed my order and it was shipped next day. Super fast processing. I had the brooder and breeding cage assembled in about an hour. Assembly videos are really helpful.
Everything seems well build and you can tell they have put time into making sure the cages are functional and easy to use. Live the modular design and you can mix and match each stack and add as your flock grows.

It's a neat idea but I haven't been able to use it and it was very difficult to put together. I kind of regret getting it but returning it is out of the question due to its size and assemblage.

Bought it for the tilted floors which work as advertised.
Had trouble with getting the brooder water flex-line level. Solved it by zip-tying a 2’ plastic plant stake to keep it straight. Note: keep the water tank full for best results.
Tip: A full water tank is necessary to provide enough water pressure to run the emitters.

Your pens are fantastic but the instructions could use. Help

My sister has several of these setups and I loved how easy they are to move and clean. Knew I would get some when I was ready for breeding and brooding.
The only thing really lacking is good instructions to assemble. Written instructions along with the pictures would help as it isn’t exactly clear where some of the smaller pieces go. Had to do some trial and error with the screws and mollies.

Relatively simply to assemble, though I highly recommend watch the assembly video, the written directions leave out some important details. That said everything appears to be quality and practicle.

Quail are now 4 weeks old and just moved from the brooder to the grow out cage tier. Overall, pleased with how the system has worked. Temperature consistency with the brooder heater is good, with room for chicks to get out from under heat when they desire. The cage is easy to clean. We are already thinking about expanding and adding another tier with our next batch of chicks! Only downside I found was the same switch controls the light and heater in the brooder - but this is easily fixed using a smart bulb.
